These terms apply to every visit to amberfinders.com and every order placed there. AmberFinders is a trading name of OTISSHOP LIMITED, a Hong Kong company.
1. Agreement to These Terms
By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. "We", "us" and "our" mean OTISSHOP LIMITED; "you" means the person using the site or buying from it.
2. Using the Site
You may browse the site and buy from it for your own, non-commercial use. You may not use it for anything unlawful; try to access systems or data you are not meant to reach; scrape or copy its content with automated tools; interfere with how it runs; or upload harmful code.
3. No Accounts
The site does not offer customer accounts. Each order is placed as a guest with the contact details you give at checkout, and you are responsible for those details being correct.
4. Products and Prices
We describe and photograph each piece as accurately as we can. Natural stone varies, so colour and pattern can differ a little from one piece to the next. If an item is listed with a clear error in its price or description, we may cancel the order and refund it in full.
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Prices and product range can change without notice; a change never affects an order already placed.
5. Orders and Payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable or the order looks fraudulent — and if you have already paid, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.
Payment is taken when you place the order. By submitting your payment details you authorise us to charge the total shown at checkout, including any tax and shipping, to that payment method, and you confirm you are entitled to use it. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
6. Billing Terms
Every purchase is a one-time purchase. You are charged once, for the total shown at checkout before you confirm. We do not offer subscriptions, memberships, auto-ship programmes, instalment plans or free trials, and we do not enrol you in any of them. We never automatically rebill your payment method; it is charged again only if you come back and place a new order.
Charges appear on your card or bank statement as AMBERFINDERS.
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.
Shipping cost, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.
7. Risk and Ownership
Risk of loss and title to the goods pass to you when we hand the parcel to the carrier. This does not affect our promise in the Shipping Policy to replace or refund a parcel that is lost or damaged in transit.
8. Cancelling an Order
To cancel, use the cancellation form, email support@amberfinders.com or call +1 844 704 0409 as soon as you can. An order that has not yet shipped can be cancelled and refunded in full. Once it has shipped, it can be returned under Section 9 instead.
9. Returns and Refunds
All opened or unopened products are eligible for return and refund. We do not require that an item be unused, unworn, or in its original packaging in order to qualify.
Ask for a return within 30 days of delivery, with your order number or confirmation email as proof of purchase. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the item reaching us. To start a return, email support@amberfinders.com or call +1 844 704 0409 with your order number; we reply with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and the return address, and confirm the refund by email once the item arrives. Our Refund Policy gives the full process and forms part of these Terms.
10. Please Contact Us Before Disputing a Charge
If something is wrong with an order, contact us first — support@amberfinders.com or +1 844 704 0409, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST. Most problems are settled within a day or two. A dispute filed with your bank before contacting us usually takes 30 to 90 days to resolve and delays your refund.
11. Intellectual Property
The text, photographs, graphics, logo and design of this site belong to OTISSHOP LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or reuse them without our written permission, beyond what ordinary browsing requires. Other names and logos that appear on the site are trademarks of their respective owners.
12. Limits on Our Liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the site or from products bought on it, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Indemnity
You agree to compensate OTISSHOP LIMITED for claims, losses and reasonable legal costs that result from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your infringement of someone else's rights.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from the site, are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the arbitration clause below, you agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
If a dispute cannot be settled by talking to us within thirty (30) days of written notice, it will be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre under its rules in force at the time. There will be a single arbitrator, the seat of arbitration will be Hong Kong SAR, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
Claims may be brought only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, consolidated or representative action, and you waive any right to take part in one against OTISSHOP LIMITED.
15. Suspension, Changes and Severability
We may suspend access to the site for anyone who breaches these terms. We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows the latest version, and the version in force when you placed an order applies to that order. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
16. Electronic Communications
By placing an order you agree to receive the emails that go with it — order confirmation, shipping and tracking notices, and replies about returns, refunds or cancellations — and you agree that these electronic records and notices count as being "in writing". We send marketing email only if you ask for it, and every such email has an unsubscribe link.
17. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events we cannot reasonably control, such as natural disasters, government action, war, epidemics, strikes, carrier failures or outages of utilities and networks.
